A: The software supports:

• CERN HTTP proxies
• WinSock proxies
• SOCKS proxies*
• TIS FTP proxies
• Basic authentication
• Windows NT Challenge/Response authentication**

* Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 require Internet Explorer 4 or higher, or a separate WININET.DLL upgrade, available from Microsoft. No special requirements apply to newer versions of Windows.
